is vinegar good for high blood pressure

Report as

There are many people who believe that vinegar cures a wide range of ailments. In the case of high blood pressure, there is medical evidence that rats given vinegar have lower blood pressure, and anecdotal evidence exists that people who use oil and vinegar on salad several times a week have reduced blood pressure, but so far, there is no scientific evidence that the vinegar is the reason for the reduction in humans.
