Levels stay the same in ancestry . . . your grandparent's siblings are also "grand" . . . here, your grandma's sister is your Grand-Aunt (not your Great-Aunt; calling them 'great' is a common mistake). Your Great-Grandparents brothers and sisters would be your Great-Grand Aunts and Uncles . . .
On sites like ancestry.com, they automatically calculate these relationships for you . . . I even found a 6th cousin, twice removed, here locally and we met and had dinner!
