DO NOT GO ON A DIET b/c when you get off of it you will want to eat more and gain all of that wait back again. Trust me i would know. Just eat moderatley. Have one day a week where you get a little treat. But eat healthy, don't eat a lot of fried foods a lot. Get a lot of exercise.
The best way to get healthy and stay fit is to eat a well balanced diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol and exercise at least three days per week for at least 30 minutes. Adding foods high in fiber and drinking at least eight 8 oz glasses of water will bring results faster and improve overall health. Ask your doctor before starting an exercise routine or altering your diet.
