What is the best way to sleep with foam curlers?

You should sleep as usual but you have to make sure the foam rollers are well covered. Put in your foam rollers and ensure all the hair you want curled has been rolled. Wear a shower cap covering your entire head. Check out http://www.ehow.com/how_8151181_sleep-rollers.html.
