You need a variety of exercises, a good diet with a lot of water and discipline to follow through it all. Get a professional trainer for guidance during your exercises, probably 2 hours a day if you have a busy schedule. You basically need to burn off more calories than you eat & exercise exercise exercise. It's all about the food though, if one person ate badly & exercised everyday they would lose less than someone that ate healthy & only exercised a few times a week. Good luck :)
Weight Watchers. you can eat whatever you want but its all about portion control and points plus. to find the points you need a Weight Watchers calculater. you put in the carbs, fiber, fat, and protein. they also have delicous bars and smoothies. you will also need excersize. with this, they give you a food tracker and you write in what you eat and the points. for example, i start with 35 points cause im 13. everything you eat has points except for fruits and veggies. if you run out of points before the end of the day, you can add an extra 49 points but its weakly. everything else has points. by a week you will be loosing maybe 1 or 2 pounds. it may not sound a lot now but in a few months you will love the results. they even have meetings on Saturdays when you talk to other members. and in your question we also need to know your age because that will determine your points that you get everyday. they also give you books with the amounts of points for each food, and they also sell cookbooks. they even have food scales. i hope this helped and it really works!

To all those trying to sell pills and other crap here, you are not helping. the basis to weight loss is calorie restriction. to make a real impact with excersise you have to workout more than a little jog in the morning(both are easier said than done. I have a similar problem, and have struggled for years, have tried weightwatchers and 2 other diets i found on line with no real success. i was 250 lbs and 5'10". I did run across this tool online (caloriebutty), downloaded it for a buck. 2 months later i am now 240, not as fast as i would like, but the tool is simple and i use it to track throughout the day. i don't know, it sucks trying to lose weight, nothing has really worked, i am going to keep using that tool i found though, cuz nothing else seems to work.

I've been using that too:), and it works pretty good, i just look at my phone and know how much more i can eat(which i always eat a little too much). Any diet will work, it is about consistency and sticking to it, weight watcher meeting are like AA meetings, but that is what it takes to knock this fat off of the butt.
If you are dying to lose weight and see the results in a week, choose a better plan. Create a diet plan that consists of lesser carbohydrates and sugar. Eliminate the habit of including animal fat in your diet. It may turn out to be different as to how it tastes but it is worth it. Junk food and pastries contain high amount of bad starches and sugars.
It will not help with your goal. Sacrifice in order to achieve a healthy body. Healthy does not mean being thin. You have to tone the body to get the the appropriate amount of calories that is needed to be used as energy. Rid the habit of taking soda instead of water. This contains higher sugar than what you expect.
Choose a meal rich in vegetables to clean your insides. Fiber is also a great tool to have a clean digestive tract. Lean meat is a good source of protein that is food to the muscles. They are not likely converted to fats so they are helpful to the body. At the same time, take vitamins that will support your immune system. Leafy green vegetables are good for the skin.

There are loads of free online exercise and diet programs you can join but I found a good one ptprograms.com.au. I liked it because it took the thinking of of it. Just download the program that suits you
