Making pictures smaller is very easy with a software program such as Adobe Photoshop. You must open a picture with Photoshop, click on “Image” and then on “Image size”. You can choose whether you want to estimate the size based on pixels or on percentage, and you can keep the proportions automatically or change that as well.
