Without actually seeing the contract I will not be able to be specific about the penalties if there are any. You should read your contract with them. You can break any contract you like. The issue is what is the penalty for doing so. There very well may be no penalty at all. There are probably specific instructions on the contract on how to go about cancelling. I understand direct buy has many locations so the contract may vary from location to location...you will need a copy of your contract specific to your area. If you do not have a copy of the contract you will need to contact your local direct buy where you signed up. Have them send you the contract so you can review it. Nevertheless, you will need to break the contract so your best bet is to get the contract first and find out all the details. My guess is it is best to send a copy in writing certified mail that you wish to cancel membership. Let them know that it is a copy in the letter and that you have a copy if further charges continue excluding cancellation penalties. Keep the mail receipt and cancellation letter in case the continue to bill.
