One way you can lose weight and also have fun is dancing. You can dance to music you like, or you can buy Just Dance 3 the video game and that really pumps you up and helps you exercise and enjoy how you are losing weight!

I have the perfect 2012 plan (: I was watching Dr. oz and they were talking about how to loose weight. All you do is go to a drugstore and buy chea seeds ya chea seeds! or order them on amazon ( cheaper) then you mix 1 tablespoon of the seeds w/ water then let the seeds swell and just drink them. The swelling from the seeds will act like food in your stomach and you will eat less. Also exercise while doing this ( running/ jogging ) be sure to eat at least a good amount of dinner so you don't loose your vitamins and things. My neighbor has been drinking them for only 3 weeks and has lost 15 pounds no joke.
Do lots of cardio run, jog, walk (exercise builds muscle it doesn't burn much fat at all) exercise to tone, eat balanced small meals 6 to 8 x a day 55% carbs, 35% potein, 10% healthy fat, 5% saturated fat. Drink plenty of water 6 - 8 oz every 1 - 2 hrs except when you are doing cardio or exercise. You double your water intake to 16 oz for every 20 min you exercise. Get plenty of sleep! Avoid processed foods, carbonated drinks, junk! Give yourself 1 or 2 planned cheat days, where you can eat some of the things you miss but don't go nuts! ..or try not to use them! Do all of this 5 to 6 days a week and you will lose weight! Don't give up! Just because you can't see results that doesn't mean you aren't making progress. If you feel better, if you have more energy, those are results. The scale doesn't always do what you want it to, water weight, etc. Take pictures and measure inches. I hope all of this helps? This is pretty much what I tell anyone who asks a question about nutrition and fitness.
Dieting is between 70 -90% of losing weight. You have to control your calorie intake. I would recommend eating 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of three large ones. A diet low in carbohydrates and saturated fat is a must. Start exercising 3 - 4 times a week. 30 - 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise on an elliptical machine, stair master, tread mill, or bicycle. To build muscle, consume lean (animal) proteins. Try plain, 0 fat Greek yogurt.
Hello Kate96...find me and send me a friend request on FB (darlene marquette cozadd) I promote some amazing health and wellness products that can also help you lose weight :) Dieting is not the answer You need to change what your putting into your body to get what you want
There are a few things that you can do starting now. I would try to implement one good habit per week. It's easier that way and then you can stick to a new lifestyle. For example, you can drink water instead of soda. Water has zero calories. The next week, you can choose to have a fresh fruit instead of dessert at the end of your meal. Another week, you can start walking 5-15 minutes a day and then bump up the time and speed each week as you are able.
Robert Ferguson's Food Lovers Fat Loss system..You'll never need to spend money on weight loss again. It teaches you HOW your body processes food, and what it is about our eating habits actually cause us to gain weight, and why starvation diet always fail in the long term. It also teaches you how to combine the macro nutrients ( protein, slow carbs, and fast carbs) in our traditional meals to help us to lose weight, and you get to snack on cookies, ice cream, slim jims etc all day long... I lost 45 lbs in about 6 months and didnt feel at all deprived the whole time. :D Here is a link the their website if you are interested....Best of luck to you! www.myfoodlovers.com
I can honestly speak from experience. I lost 45 pounds by making little changes that anyone can do. I started walking 30 minutes every morning (around a local park.) Then I started eating really healthy and NEVER skipped breakfast. I cut back...but not out...on carbs and starch. Having potatoes or rice was a treat and not a regular thing. Drink a little extra water...NOT soda! After my jeans started getting a little loose, I joined Curves and went 2 or 3 mornings a week. The weight just came off...slowly but very steadily. I not only feel great but look awesome. And I'm over 50!! I could lose another 10 and not miss it. But I'm good where I am now. Keeping it off is my main concern. Good luck...you can do it!
Start with a cleanse/ detox- I did a 10 day detox - Suddenly Slim through First Fitness, I lost 25lbs in 22 days and have kept it off for over a year. Additionally it will rid your body of toxins and balance your chemisty again. Highly recommend it!
you should eat vegetables and run everyday for at least 2 miles if u really want to lose weight quickly. if u want to lose weight over time then i would run around the block every other day and eat vegetables every other day and go on a small diet like, no ice cream or crappy foods likes chips. you can even buy organic foods that will make your weight go down really fast. GOOD LUCK!:)
try to cut food portions a little. usually what breaks diets is thinking you won't get food but if you remember to treat yourself once in a while to something good you'll feel really empowered to go on. and if you're trying to work on your belly don't do sit ups. they put pressure on weak point of the spine, and could make problems in the future.
