When you sign a lease agreement, it means you agree to all the clauses in the document. In case of changes, refer to the clause that allows changes and alterations. Confirm that all the oral agreements are on the document too. Check out http://www.ehow.com/how_5911563_sign-lease-agreement.html for more information.

Probably nothing, unless the other party is willing to revise the document. You should always re-read any legal document before signing.

It shouldn't really matter that his is a photo copy, unless his copy looks as though it has been altered.

if I cross that clause then????
Report as
If you crossed it out before signing and his copy shows it crossed out as well you will be fine.

You should probably seek legal advice to see if they can determine if there is a way to legally resolve the issue.

You are supposed to read a document before you sign it. If you didn't, it doesn't make the agreement invalid.

I know but now anything I can do to change that clause?
Report as
The lease probably has a revision clause that allows both parties to change it, usually in writing and signed by both. If there is no such clause you can still draft a new lease that supersedes the old one, but again both of you would have to agree.
