I get tiny white bumps on the roof of my mouth and its very sore when something touches it; food or even my tongue. Should i call my doctor?
Yes you should call your doctor and inquire about it. The doctor can clarify whether the white bumps are caused by an infection or it could be swollen papillary glands which are found on the roof of your mouth as a result of dry mouth.
You should Go to a dentist and get it checked out. If they hurt then it's not something you want to just leave untreated.
Could be canker soars or oral herpes
it sounds like canker soars but if theres more than one i would go the dentist. exspeacially since it's on the roof of you mouth
How long have you had them? If you continue to have them after a few days- go see doc
