I have found that 428 files in my pc is affected with virus wat 2 do?

You will first have to copy the files from your computer onto an external hard drive. Then you scan your computer for the virus and remove it if it's there. Lastly, remove all the files that have been affected by the virus and scan the external hard drive. Check out http://vx.netlux.org/lib/static/vdat/remfilev.htm for more tips.
