Leonardo da Vinci had an informal education in Latin, Geometry and Mathematics.And because he lacks education in this area, present-day scholars mostly ignored him the scientist. And in 1940 he studied Mathematics under Luca Pacioli. In a skeletal form, he made series of drawings to be engraved as plates for the book "De Divina Proportione" ( Pacioli's book).
