I need a complete list of fast and slow carbs for a diet project I'm working on.

You need a protein a slow card and a fast carb as a well balanced meal and eat snack inbetween meals, this should help. drink more water and excersice 30 min a days , is doable! good luck

The list of slow and high carbs comprise of high glycemic index foods which include waffles, white bread, Rice Krispies, millet, potatoes, dates and jelly beans, the medium foods which include pastries, croissants, hamburger buns, oat bran, brown rice, apricots, raisins, cheese and popcorn. And lastly the low glycemic index foods which include artichoke, asparagus, spinach, yogurt, lentil soup, carrots, spaghetti, cherries, milk, rye, porridge and soy milk.
