Should I not work out when I'm on my period?
Working out and getting exercise is good for you when you're on your period and it helps with pain and stuff!! My aunt is literally at the gym all day cuz she's an instructor and her period only lasts 3 days! So no you can works out on your period
I do some times. not when I'm in pain but when i feel good.
It wont hurt you but if you have cramps exersicing can wait a few days

Working out will actually reduce the intensity of the cramps. I always work out before a basketball game if I'm on my period so i won't cramp in the game.
It makes me feel uncomfortable, because a tampon is shoved up my cooch, but I have to follow the routine. It's not that bad and it's good for you.

No, working out can help reduce cramps and make you feel better. I swim every night (with period or not) and I also have softball and volleyball. You should definitely work out!
