Anyone can tell me what is the best way to show my love to my Homeland Egypt?

I have joined the Universal Union of Egyptian Expatriates; http://www.uuee.org and I feel so blessed

Marwa, welcome to America, we're happy to have you, but rule #1 is: Love it or leave it.

Build a pyramid in your backyard and put an American flag at the top, that way you can show your pride for BOTH countries :-)

Better answer than mine! I don't think immigrants realize what they cost this country and what they take from it. Any immigrant lucky enough to be here should be kissing the ground they walk on.

If you are a citizen of the USA Egypt is no longer your homeland. If you are a temporary resident you could hang up a flag or give financial support to your country or identify with your clothes.

Marwa. While it is good to feel loyalty for your native land, why are you in the US? To take advantage of the freedom that Americans fought and died for the past 200 years, or to just use our real estate, educational system, career opportunities, etc. Being in this country is a privilege. It doesn't sound like you have any appreciation. The boat goes both ways. Why aren't you in the motherland fighting for your country? Oh, you don't like the guys with guns, I forgot.

If the Muslim Brotherhood takes over the parliament in this election, I doubt this girl would want to back, I imagine she'd prefer freedom. The MB is playing nice-nice for now, but watch what happens when they take over.
