Hey.... My hair is naturally really curly but after it dries it is like a poof mess. How can I keep the curls from getting poofy?

I want to be able to wear my curls but I just end up straightening it... need help! lol

Well there are many hair supplies by Redken like shampoo for curls to hold them. Then there is gell and hairspray that you fluff up into your hair (dont flatten it down, preserve :P). Let your hair dry naturally DO NOT BLOW DRY OR BRUSH only use a comb at all times usually when your hair is wet. Dont comb it when your hair is curly and pretty it will frizz and tangle it. You dont need to shampoo it just use a good conditioner. Sometimes you dont even need to do that you can just wet your hair and let it dry naturally. Dont condition or wash your hair every day it gets rid of good oils. Hope I helped!

Put a little mousse in it, then a little gel. Hairspray, and it's your new favorite hairstyle!

i have a perm in my hair and it does frizz sometimes so i use Garnier fructis. anti frizz its like a oil you put in your hair when its wet and it makes hair shiny and your curls look great and you could try to put hair moose in your hair while its still wet and that might help with frizz too

Use conditioner. Dry it with a towel, and comb it gently when it's wet. Good luck

I have the same problem with my hair. I take a shower at night than put it in a ponytail and let it dry over night. Then when I wake up it is flat curls. Also don't blow dry it that just makes it more puffy

I suggest using Garnier "Fructis Style Anti-Humidity Smoothing Milk" It works astonishingly on my crazy curls and frizz. It makes curls look tamed and frizzes disappear. But don't worry if you want to keep your curls after applying then you can, it doesn't get rid of curls it just makes them look better.

You can put gel in it and that will help. To even it out put a little hairspray. Dont do it to much or it will get crunchy and sticky, and it wont look good, believe me.

John Freida Frizz Ease (walmart) or One and Only Argan oil (sally beauty supply) both work really well.

First of all only use shampoo about 2-3 times a week. The other days just use conditioner as you would use shampoo. While hair is still wet/damp brush carefully and thoroughly. Don't use a brush again until your hair is wet again or it will "poof"! Apply any or a combination of any of the following products: smoothing milk, anti-frizz serum, anti-frizz crime, leave-in conditioner, etc. check out Wal Mart or a drug store in their hair care section, there are dozens! You have to experiment a bit b/c sometimes you can use too much and your hair may look oily. Anyway, after application run your fingers thru your curls and shape them a bit, toss your head about and let it dry NATURALLY! No poof!!! How do I know all this? I am 50 yo and have " struggled" with my curls all my life. Humidity can wreak havoc too. If you want to know how to blow dry your hair straight (or close to straight), answer back. Good luck!!! karigab are u funny?
