How do i create a wi-fi off someone else's wi-fi

You can't. But there is such thing as a personal hotspot. Some phones can create a WiFi signal that other people can use. There is a monthly fee though. Some cars even have it.

You can only connect with someone else's wifi an to do that u will need to have their code

like im tryin to do this cause in some spots i have it and some i dnt so im tryin to have my laptop in one spot and get it like on mi ipod if u knw what i mean

See if your ph provider has a hot spot connection (cell) an u can use that to run it all!

Many wifi are "open" and don't need a code.
