Not starving yourself. Exercise and eat 3 meals a day. The human body is designed for survival. So when we skip a meal and go hungry, our bodys (by design) think we are starving. So more of the next meal we eat is stored directly to fat storage, rather than to muscles. Skipping meals is literally the fastest way to gain weight because of this. Believe it or not, because of the human bodys desire for survival. Eat 3 meals. And do some cardio. Get your heart rate up. Goodluck.
I think walking is the best way to reduce weight...other than that,you have to control on your food index...like drink or eat low-fat things...do not eat burger or junk food at all...eat fresh fruits and vegetables etc..and eat 3 times a day... There is no "fast" way to lose weight. That is an unrealistic goal and only leads to disappointment. You did not gain the weight overnight, and you will not lose it overnight. Eat right, lots of vegetables, fruits, fish and plenty of water. Exercise. Take walks. Don't sit around playing on the computer. Get outside. Shoot some hoops.
