Anything on a treadmill that is challenging, go below your normal calorie intake. Lower the faster when ending each day. 1 pound of fat is 3500 calories. If your about 200lbs you should require 2000 Cals plus a day, now eat only 1500 and exercise 500 Cals off you have lost 1000 cals. Do that for 3.5 days and you (in theory) would lose 1 pound

P90X it is a crazy workout, but it works. My coworkers has never been this toned in his entire life and it only took him a month.
