Yes, although you can function. I must say it is unhealthy to get in a habit of being in this sleep pattern. Be careful if you drive you don't want to fall asleep behind wheel. It is bad for you body. You need your rest. If you haven't had but 12 hrs of sleep in 72 hrs I would advise you to get some sleep asap even if it is a short nap. Don't keep doing that to your body it does take a toll.
