Change your diet, stop eating junk food, sweets and no soda what so ever. Drink juice, eats lots of fruits and vegi's and protein which isn't fried or greasy. Just think what you're putting in your body every time you decide you want to snack or eat. Also try to workout it will really get your body into a fat burning mode. Good luck make it your New Years resolution and really stick by it! You don't want diabetes, and pulmonary hypertension, life is too short.
Eat 1250 calories a day.I know thts a lot, but it is the minimum healthy calorie count. Only eat fruits veggies, lean meats, eggs, and other healthy things. Try to avoid things that come in a bag (like chips) or in boxes. Also, excercize and Drink lots of water. Not too much tho, because your body will "drown inside"
