im diabetic and i keep my blood sugar in check, i eat like im supposed to, so why am i hungry 5 minutes after i eat?
Being diabetic, you can't eat more than what is called for. So I reccomend you eat slower and space out your meals accordingly.
have u tried eating it slowly so ull get fuller for longer and maybe its a natural respons cuz my mom is diabetic
eat more small meals throughout the day light snacks every coupla hours
