What is the best medium sized dog that is good with allergies?

all things that came to my mind:
beagle,standard poodle,maltese,yorkie , possibly a weiner dog,ect.

Any dog that doesn't shed is better for someone with allergies, but it also means you have to have them groomed because their "fur" is actually more like hair and keeps growing. Some nice breeds would be the Bichon Frise, Lhasa Apso, French Poodle.

Nope goldens dont shed just brush them outside!

Their fur bothers my allergies so be careful if you get one! but I have really bad allergies!

A Poodle is your best bet. They come in three sizes. 1:Standard = huge, 2:mini =the lower end of medium and 3: toy = very small. They come mostly in either white, black or apricot.
The next best dog would be a Bichon Frieze. All white, one size = lower end of medium.
These dogs do not shed. I have found the Poodles to be the more intelligent.

soft coated wheaten terrier!
