Why do my headlights stay on during the day for a 97 infiniti J30?

They are called day-time driving lights. It is really no big deal that they are on. If they bug you, you can always turn them from auto to off. It is just a safety thing added, and helps you to not forget to turn your lights on because they are always on. I hope this helps.
