How do I lose stubborn belly fat quick and get defined abs?

Help. I've had my belly fat for 13 years and it isn't going away. Are there any fun and easy exercises that I can do?

First make a weight loss plan and avoid eating food with a lot of cholesterol and calories. A lot of sit ups are also required to burn the fat in the stomach area. It will take sometime before your abs begins to show. You can also jump rope at least twice a day to also burn some fat in the stomach.
