I seriously doubt that. All sudden deaths are a potential crime & to reuse a body bag, would contaminate any evidence. If they were pronounced dead at the scene, the medics would/could put them in a bag. Medics don't carry used body bags.
I would hope coroners don't reuse body bags. If they are reused, they would have to cleaned, with a special cleaner. That is a good question and one I wouldn't have thought of. Your mind must be always thinking.
