You need to look up in the sky and see the beauty!! Start everyday with saying, outloud, Thank you for the day! Be thankful for the littlest of things, like running water, a working toilet, food to eat, a roof over your head, do you have at least one friend? If not, you do now, I can be that one friend. See, things are looking up already!! I found out that if we are thankful for the small things, and say them OUT LOUD, we realize how much we really do have! Also, get your mind off yourself. Go do something for someone else. I know that seems hard right now, but it really does work! I'm living proof of it! It wasn't that long ago (a month) that I was feeling exactly like you. So I am speaking from experience sweety!! Keep in touch if you'd like!! I would love to help you through this if are willing to try!! Blessings to you!! Your new friend!! Nicole :)
Take one day at a time(: look at the little things in the world:) is there a guy you like? Try talking to him, what if you die....then you'll never taste good food again like pizza(: you know you need to make food things happen they aren't just going to happen by them self. Hope you feel better :D
You need to strengthen your relationship with God. With God anything is possible including happiness. Trust me I've been in your shoes and being UN-happy sucks! As soon as i started to love myself i became happy. Good luck and just know that as long as your on this planet you are worth more than you know!
Live for someone else then. I'm sure you have a family that loves you, maybe even a younger sibling? I don't mean to be rude if you're feeling low, but life isn't always about you. Look outside yourself, maybe you know someone that needs help or encouragement in life? Offer your friendship, or volunteer at a nursing home. Be well my friend
There's a quote called "Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth". Sometimes I think to myself, the fellow who came up with this quote was very intelligent and he must have had a perfect life so he had the guts to share this with us. I try to live to it so I can be like that man. But sometimes I totally disagree with this quote, on one of those days where everything and everyone just loves to disappoint me and I just want to chuck something hard against the wall. Life is never easy, but it's worth it. You have to work for the good things and it'll pay off in the end, trust me. Just gotta keep believing and keep your head held high, these are key. Wake up everyday day and just start off positive, you'll see a huge impact in your overall attitude after a while. Be thankful for the little things, and that'll add up to the big picture in the blink of an eye. Like for instance, look at the tsunami that's just happened in Japan. It's pretty much the only thing on the news right now. It's put in history as one of the world's biggest disasters and so many people there are suffering now to get back on their feet, some didn't even get that chance. Be thankful this didn't happen to you-you didn't die or get separated from your loved ones, you still have electricity and the Internet, food and shelter, etc. Make the purpose of your life happen yourself! Something you want to work for and something that makes you happy :) totally block out or drain out all the negatives. Try very hard, I know it will be but just keep moving. I assure you being negative all the time isn't going to bring you luck somehow as you keep it going and turn your life around, it's just going to make you more miserable as time progresses and you'll soon do something drastic that everyone else will have to suffer with. Don't die, that is never a solution to a temporary problem. There is always going to be one person out there who loves you, there's 6 billion + people on this planet. Words can't hurt you unless it comes from someone who means something to you. So all those people that always put you down and on purpose, follow that and you'll be fine. You just gotta find that person who loves you and always will. A friend, family member, whoever. God would not have made you if he knew you had to go through all this, he loves us all. And if he's made anyone suffer a huge loss all the time, maybe that person needs to look back at their past and see if it's as clean as they think it is. I saw a movie today where a father wanted his daughter to get married to his choice of groom. It was the night of the wedding and the girl eloped with her lover since college. Her dad spent the entire movie searching every corner of the globe for his daughter and he couldn't find her no matter what he did so he just kept blowing up and asking god why he got created, cried buckets of tears, got drunk a lot to try and erase the pain. He didn't realize in the end it was his mistake to do that to his daughter when it's one of the most important things in her life and it's her life, god made him suffer because he didn't bother to listen to even his loved one. If he loved her so much, why would he marry her off to a man she doesn't even know yet alone love? Why didn't he marry her to her choice of groom regardless of his job/family, whatever, since she loves him enough to elope and she's a grown girl and she knows what she wants? You may think now if you die, it'll be the only good thing to life because it will end life itself which is the problem for you, all bad, but if you can change your attitude and just find positive in everything, you'll be drives more to live rather than die and you'll see the beauty in life :)
