No amount of sit ups or exercise machines will remove stomach fat. All they will do is to strengthen abdominal muscles. Cardio burns fat. Best to do cardio first thing in the morning when your blood sugar is the lowest. When you wake up don't eat or drink anything but water and do cardio for at least 30-45 min and you will see the fat begin to burn off. It worked for me.
