Disgusting infections, it would probably hurt, and in my opinion it doesn't really look cool. I can't think of any pros, sorry. :P

It looks nice but hurts when u get it and can get tipped out :o um an you can get one that stands for Somethin you love so that 2 pros and 2 cons :) hope it helped
Ow sounds like it hurts. It does hurt. Make a choice cause it does hurt
Cons: I honestly thinks it's really gross and doesn't look good. Also, Since you're still growing, it can get stretched and rip your skin. (Yuck!)
Pros: Different, and you would like it
Why you getting that ?? What is so cool about it ?
Gross. They remind me of my mom because she has one. It's creepy.
If you take care of it properly you will not get infection (provided that the facility you go to is clean an uses sterile products).
The top of your belly button doesn't hurt as much as the bottom of your belly button to get pierced (which of course is different for everyone).
If you've had it in long enough prior to pregnancy you can leave it in up until it starts to get irritated (it may not) and after labour you can put it back in.
I think soon enough bellybutton studs and rings will fall back OUT of fashion. Like the tattoos on women's lower backs. Tattoo artists got rich off of them for a few years, but now I hear jokes about them. Sorry to the women with these tattoos, just an observation. I think the danger comes when TOO MANY people do the same thing. Not the tattoo or piercing itself.
I use 2 hav one it hurts but I think it's cool lol
it looks trashy, they arent even in style, you can get lupus which is an awful disease, it gets caught on things
I have mine done , some like them some don't but I will tell you do it in the winter months less chance of infection since you don't sweat as much but as long as you keep it clean you should be ok , pros cute and self expression and unlike tats if you get tired of it you can always take it out / cons i don't know I love mine
A con could be that in a lot of sports you are not allowed to wear them. For example my daughter is a cheerleader and they are not allowed to wear them while practicing or at a game or competition. So if you are on a team I would check with your schools policy before you get one because you can't take them out for awhile after getting it.
They make special rings for when your pregnant, it leaves a scar but every piercing leaves a scar, if your not in the best shape it does not look to nice, you can't really see it. It's a nice starter piercing, hardly hurts, they have some cute jewelry, it's not a piercing you get and keep for a long time, it's faddish,
Pros: youll look kinda cool for a few years..... Maybe
Cons: when you get pregnant, the hole stretches and gives you a NASTY scar down your stomach! Happened to both of my aunts. And they can get infected
