Why should i agree with Rene Descartes that his existence cannot be doubted

i agree with Descartes about the fact that existence is certain but i want good reason why i should believe him.

Rene Descartes explains his idea that existence is in fact real and should never be doubted. His greatest reasoning for this to be absolutely true is that there is in fact a God. He states that if you believe in God, then you can not doubt the human existence.
