Yes. It is referred to as idol worship. In the New Testament, it is described in Roman's Chapter 1 verses 24 thru 25 as "worshipping the creature more than the Creator". It is when people are so obsessed with other people that it replaces their love of God.

referring to christianity... That depends on the feeling that you are having is or may be lust.

U should never put anyone above God. So u can say that it would be a sin. The bible tells us that tho shall have no other Gods. sounds pretty clear to me.

Perhaps it depends on how far you take your obsession. If you are just thinking about him all the time, it is probably harmless...

Not a sin necessarily but its not healthy either and some of the thoughts you may be having might be sinful.
