You want to activate a stolen phone? The retailer you stole it from probably reported it stolen and when it is activated it will come up as stolen. If you don't believe me try and go to a cellphone carrier and see if you can get a contract for your new phone.
they never said the phone was stolen. replying with anything related to "The retailer you stole it from probably reported it stolen" is only YOU trying to incriminate them. i just recently bought a samsung off of ebay. it was brand new but never scanned. it could have been improperly scanned. but straighttalk says it was most likely stolen. i have yet to find a solution for this. i do wish that straighttalk would let me provide them with the ebay information on the purchase i made to prove i did indeed buy the phone. i did not steal it. they do this because honestly straighttalk wants you to get scammed if they do too. thats the way i see it. let the phone have service! why not? rather than having it passed around creating multiple scams and lost money!
