To add on to David's good answer...food processor, mixer, blender, electric skillet, crock pot, George Foreman or Wolfgang Puck grill, deep fryer (like one of those fry daddy things), electric knife, magic bullet, electric can opener...this could go on a while!

You are free to put anything you want in the kitchen. On house hunters it Is common to see a washing machine in the kitchen.
