Can old and dismissed charges be used against me in a custody hearing? sorry for asking again i forgot the details last time

please help
i have taken the mother of my daughter to court after she took off with my daughter to North Carolina with a guy she had just met a week after her boyfriend of two years whom she lived with was incarcerated without notice. The court appointed a guardian ad leitum to the case. The guardian ad leitum recommended i get full primary custody, Since the mother of my daughter recieved this reccomendation she has been trying to find any way to make me look bad she has printed off some of my old charges from a website but i have not been convicted of any of these they were all dismissed the last time I have been convicted of anything was when i was 18 a year before my daughter was born can these print offs be used against me in court even though they have all been dismissed?

In my opinion, the dismissed charges cannot be used against you since they were notified by the court system itself. However, if there were instances in your last convictions that may directly contribute to what is currently happening, they will be used. The best thing to do is to find a lawyer for advice.

Only if there was anything in that past that could been seen (by the court) as you being a bad parent.
