Condo above mine has leak in shower causing water damage to my ceiling. Owner is selling it w/out making repairs. what are my rights?
Damage has been unrepaired for 7 months and now new buyers are supposed to close on the property this month. How do I make certain that the buyers will make the necessary repairs to their shower and my ceiling so future damage to my condo does not occur. Can I get a copy of their contract? Their broker claims that their contract states they have to mk repairs but she will not give us a copy. What can we do to protect ourselves?
