impossible takes about 3 months to lose healthy weight about 15 pounds,but unless if you lose fat fast by unhealthy diet and exercise it will come back faster and worst. Do a lot of aerobics and run allot. i prefer you try Zumba or Taibo. Works really good and helps burn calories fast! Eat a healthy diet. absolutely no sweets and if you eat things like dairy keep that to a minum. Hope this helps.
