Oh man, that is my Biggest problem..I get so hungry I can't stand it...i try to eat fruit..or bread, and it just does not fill me up and make me feel satisfied...Sorry i do not have an Answer for you,,,I just needed to vent...
Eat a handful of almonds. They are pure protein, heart healthy,and satisfying.otherwise you could opt for the carrot /celery stick routine. Then there is always early to bed! Me , I drink a cup of de-caf tea read and then chew sugarless gum.
I usually eat a frozen snickers bars >.< so good! But as ilm3c said, and then former so cleverly restated, drinking water should help. Er I mean guzzling the natutes pure liquid will satiate you. Good luck :)
Sorry... water doesn't really cut it when it's 8pm and you're ready to snack. A large mug of hot cocoa (if you're feeling really wild throw in some marshmallows) or some decaf tea is the ticket (as boardwalk and BTDT said). Takes awhile to drink 'cause it's hot and by the time you're done, you should be full.

Well you have to stop eating at 8:00 pm or at 9:00 pm 2 hours before you go to sleep so you won't be gaining all that weight while your not doing anything.I suggest you eat at your regular hours of your 3 meals , morning breakfast, lunch at noon , then your healthy dinner not a lot fat greasy fast foods like mcdonalds , eat chicken salads or vegetable salads that is good for you.
