Why does my blood sugar go down at around the same time every day

Report as

sugar level is not constant..it varies

for e.g
in morning you take a breakfast==>your sugar is high
in the evening you dont take anything ==>your sugar goes down
at tea time ==>sugar level rises
conclusion the time your level is down is the time you are not eating.

There must be some cause based on your lifestyle. How long has it been since your last meal, or do you walk a bit everyday right before that time. Examine what you do right before this low blood sugar time.

It sounds like you may be taking too much insulin (if you are on insulin). If you are not on insulin you should eat more or at least something with a few more carbs.
