I need a ratio of 50:1 how much of the 3.2 oz container do I need to add to 1 gallon of gas to achieve this ratio?

There are 128 oz in a gallon, so about 2.5 oz will give you a 50:1 ratio

You need 3 ounces per gallon of gas.
