I am 13 and i am fat can i take diet pills

i need some help fast

Most diet pills are not approved for people under the age of 18. However, the best thing that you can do is skip taking the pills, concentrate on making your diet healthy and adding in regular cardio exercise.

its soooooo hard thats y i just want 2 pop a pill in my mouth and the weight will disapear

You don't need diet pills. If you are concerned about your weight, just get a little bit of exercise everyday. It doesn't have to be a lot. Just start off slow and progress. Try a lot of different fruits and vegetables. Find out which ones you like. Pick healthier foods and then eat them in smaller proportions.

No pill will make the weight disappear. You have to change what you eat and move more. Taking diet pills can really hurt you. I know that this isn't what you want to hear but it's the truth. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, and get more exercise.

I know its really hard, but you have to keep in mind what you can get if you do it. Swap out daily nothings, for example instead of eating a hershey kiss, eat some cashews. Instead of eating a BigMac, eat a salad WITHOUT dressing and meat but if you must make it fatfree or light. Instead of getting on facebook, go outside and walk the dog around the block. Instead of eating out, eat at your house. Instead of watching that new episode of your favorite TV show, record it, do the treadmill/elliptical and watch it after. Instead of sitting there during the commercials on TV, try to do some strength exercises (pushups, pullups, plank, weights,etc.).

Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs. Instead of sitting there with your iPod, get up and dance. Instead of playing a sit-down wii game, play WiiFit. Instead of taking the short way to that store in the mall, walk the long way. Instead of stopping pedaling while bicycling, keep on pedaling. Instead of sitting there being bored, walk outside, get some fresh air, and jumprope. Instead of riding the car to a friends house, bicycle or walk there.

Instead of putting butter on your large bag of popcorn at the movies, get a small, no butter, and a water or if you must flavored water. Instead of drinking a soda, pay the extra 5 cents and drink water or flavored water if you must. At dinner, instead of drinking a TurkeyHill tea, drink fatfree milk. Instead of sitting there thinking its a beautiful day outside, actually go out there and do sonething. You get Vitamin D from the sun abd that makes you happier and a positive attitude takes an extra 15 pounds off of you according to scientific studies. Instead of making an excuse to not have gym, do gym in school. Instead of not raising your hand when the teacher asks to bring a paper to the office all the way downstairs, raise your hand and get some walking exercise in your school day. Instead of having coffee to wake you up in the morning, do some yoga poses. Instead of sitting there complaining about period cramps, run up and down the stairs until they go away. Exercise helps with that. Instead of going for cookies for dessert, either go for fruit or dont have dessert at all. Instead of eating baby back ribs, eat the natural burger at red robin (still bad for u, but best thing on the menu). Instead of offering to cut tge grass on a lawn mower that you ride, go for the one that you walk on. Instead of saying "but its sooooo hard" say "i can do it!"

Recognition is step one, now you need desire...

"Diet" pills are actually speed, they don't really make you lose weight, they just keep you buzzing around doing everything you need to get done...

Being 13, there isn't that much you need to do, so you'd probably find yourself simply walking to the kitchen more and eating more...

Get outside more... walk somewhere, walk everywhere, learn to appreciate the world around you when you walk and you'll find yourself walking more...

At 13 walking more keeps you away from the refrigerator and closer to other people...

Being away from the refrigerator will keep you from eating so much and being closer to people will help you improve your people skills, which is probably really what you are after...

At 13, "awkward" is a bigger problem than "fat"...

"Fat" problems come after puberty...
