Concentrate really hard on finishing the task at hand. OR you can do an Ulysses' contract. Give a good friend $20, and if you finish the task on time, they give it back. If you fail to finish, they keep the money. You can also try this with more positive reinforcement.
Make a goal for your self at night to do in the morning so you wont sleep all day. Because when you get to much sleep then you dont want to do anything. But if you set a goal to do for that day you will get up and do it.
