How can I pay for rights to use Disney characters

I am a dance teacher who is doing a Toy Story themed recital for young children. I would like to use the image of Woody and Buzz on the cover of the program and on the memory t-shirt

Your first step is to contact Disney's corporate office and request information on how to apply for a license for the Disney character or characters you want. They will send you an application. You will have to explain exactly how you will use the characters. They want to be sure that you are using them in line with their message. In most cases, there is a charge for this. Good luck!
