Your front shock is probably not well positioned, and you may need to adjust it or have a qualified mechanic do it. You have the bouncing and jerking movements because you do not have a smooth transition in the front-end movement as the car launches right through the first gear change. Basically, check if the shock is too tight or too loose, and you still have the same problem, you may need to consult with your mechanic.

Riding the clutch (letting clutch out too slowly) causes the flywheel to become glazed and create a "chattering" effect when taking off and switching gears. Prob need new clutch kit and resurface or replace flywheel
juju, if it just started to occur and was not gradually increasing over time it is most likely your clutch or transmission and possibly the driveshaft (or half shafts on a front wheel drive). The problem with the shocks/struts wearing out should develop over a period of time unless they were damaged. If you don't have a trusted mechanic try to get a recommendation from a family member or friend.
