There are many people out there who have opted to pull their own teeth out due to not having dental insurance that would pay for a tooth removal. However, it will be very painful without the numbing medicines given by dentist, and you could cause damage to your gums from pulling the tooth in the wrong manner.
I would not recommend it. Once you pull the tooth infection can set in. You can split the tooth, damage the jaw bone.. If you do not have the cash or insurance, go to one of the free clinics. Please do not mess with something like the mouth. It has only one set of teeth and once lost, you are looking at Dentures or gumming you're food.
Yes you can if it's loose, I personally couldn't pull out my own teeth, I would just wait till the tooth was hanging by a thread and just give it a pull and then it cones out, I don't like people touching my mouth so I would attempt to pull out my teeth, Hope that helped :)
