How can I burn belly fat and all around fat really quick with just weights?

also, what foods help burn fat and make your metabolism higher? what are the best foods to stop junk food/normal food cravings?

You can't exercise your way out of a bad diet. Weights are good combined with cardio. You didn't put the fat on overnight so it won't come off overnight. It will take time. Get your nutrition in order exercise and stick with it and you will see results.

Well I see your point. But I did put it on quick due to stress, so why shouldn't I be able to lose it quick? Also, I asked what types of foods, I already know to eat nutritious foods....

If you're in it for a quick fix and not a lifestyle change you're setting yourself up for failure. Do research on healthy food alternatives.

The best approach to this is exercise, and also, eating whole unprocessed foods. Weight loss methods affect different people in different ways and it's only when you actually try them that you see results
