I run 2 or more miles a day, outside, everyday, and I was wondering if it is bad to run on the treadmill?

I hate running on the treadmill and I run everyday outside. the only time I run on the treadmill I if it is very windy. is this bad? I just think when I run inside its less active and it doesn't help. I'm just trying to stay fit and in shape for running.

Running outside is better than on the treadmill. The only difference is that on the treadmill you can stop any time you want and there's no wind. It's more adventurous outside. Check out http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/tipsandtricks/a/treadincline.htm.
