I want a corn snake but I don't think I could feed it a mouse dead or not, can I feed them fish, or anything like that?

I'm looking into snakes and I really like them. I know what to get for a cage for it and all, but I can't feed a snake a dead mouse. It's just to sad!! I was wondering if I could feed a corn snake fish or bugs like worms in protein powder or something like that?

Corn snakes only feed on rodents which should be about the same size of their midsection. Feeding it should therefore be based on pure rodents' diet but not fish. Read more from www.reptileknowledge.com/news/corn-snake-eat-127/.

Mice. Alive is best.

Actually, f/t or pre-killed is generally better, so that there's no chance of the snake getting injured by it's food.
