actually a gene dormant or even recessive gene can be inexplicably "turned on" in rare cases. off the top of my head i only remember hearing about one but yes it does happen.

long story short if your lady and you is white and it came out Latino or something get a blood test

Not unless there is a pigment mutation. The most common is albinism, which causes them to be very pale along with other symptoms.

yes because what ever the color of one parent it could.also because the mother might cheat on their husband or boyfriend

Yes, but it is still a mix between the two biological parents, which causes the child to usually be in between the two skin tones.

i'll go wit dat but also either the father or mother cheated on each other the skin tone of the baby will be a different skin tone

Yes, if the mailman was somehow involved. Just kidding, sometimes recessive genes from your grandparents,great-grandparents or older generations can resurface to cause this to happen. But if your 100% sure darker(or lighter) skinned relatives are not in your family tree I suggest getting a blood test.
