I've been working out abs, and i've gotten really sore from it, i got a big game tomorrow but im unable to sit up straight, any tips?

You can treat the sores using essential oils by washing them with water and soap and pat the area with a dry towel. Do not rub the sore and take Vitamin C tablets which greatly repair sores and wounds. Apply Tea Tree Oil on the sores and then apply Apricot Oil. Try either some advil or aleve. Use a heating pad to the area for 20 minutes at a time, massage the area. Rest.
