TONS! I'm a die hard soda addict. Coke, Pepsi, Dr Pepper, bring it all on. Whether I'm drinking 2 cans a day, or 12, when I stop, the weight just falls off. It doesn't help that I'm sensitive to Fructose Corn Syrup and this is the one product I just can't break away from. More and more people are gaining awareness and sensitivity like that. My friends and family also drop mega pounds.
Absolutely. I stopped drinking Mt Dew one year ago. I drank 2 2-liter bottles a day, plus 3 or 4 cans of Dr Pepper. I've lost over 60 pounds. I now only drink water or milk. I never realized how horrible soda was until I stopped drinking it. Caffeine withdrawals were horrible though.
